GODS GREEN EARTH.
Extensive trips to northern Colombia’s Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range and the Italian, French and Swiss Alps have given me invaluable experience, with both diverse climates throughout the seasons and diverse flora and fauna.
I also regularly visit the Trossachs in Scotland and The Eryri National Park in Wales.
With a focus on freshwater habitats, my mission is to document the melting of glacial ice and its effects on local wildlife. This is a lifetime project to spread awareness of the effects of climate change on the planet, in order to help predict rising sea levels and dangers to infrastructure in towns and cities, disasters which usually affect indigenous communities and the poorest in society first.
I believe a concentrated effort of human collaboration with the natural world, is what is needed in order to avert the mass extinction of keystone animals and plants; many of which are essential to the existence of human life.
